Kk Maughold
This is affirmed to be ye last will and testament
of Robt Corteen of Kk Maughold who departed this
life about ye 16th of april 1735 and was at perfect
mind and memory at ye makeing of the same.
He committed his soul to god and his body to a Christian
buriall.
He left and bequeathed to his five children vizt
Wm Robt Jon Danl and Edm Corteen three pound
Each and ten shillings more to his son Edmond Corteen.
He left to his grand Child vizt Elinr Corteen a
sheep being one of ye pets that was within.
He left a sheep that was in ye fold of Balligg
to his grand son Wm Kermeen.
He left to his grand son vizt Jon kermeen a lamb.
He bequeathed that there was due to him from
Edmd Kneen of Ramsey ye sum of seven pounds and
ye Interest for two years.
He bequeathed that there was due to him from Hen:
Kelly forty shillings.
He bequeathed that there was due to him from Kath:
Challin als Brew six or seven shills.
He ???ered yt there was 29s due to him for Wm Kermeen his son in Law
He bequeathed yt there was due to him from Jo; Christian
Duglas three shills.
He bequeathed yt there was due to him from James Qui[??]
abt three shills from Jon Cowle two shills & eleven pence
Lastly he nominated and apointed his loving wife Ann
Corteen als Kinish sole Exrx of all ye rest of His goods
movable and Immovable what soever.
