Alice Quirk als Creer of KK German departed this life since 
the last court intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence 
hath decreed her three children viz Thomas, Jane & Ann joint
administrators of all her goods whatsoever, who being all 
under age, and no relation on the part of the dec'd ap-
pearing their father Thomas Quirk is sworn in form
of Law and has given pledges Thomas Mylchreest
senior & Wm Crain of Ballagarraghyn

May 14th 1748 – Jane the widow of Thomas Quirk has
now paid to Anne, one of the adminrs of Alice Quirk her
proportion of the inventory viz 5-3d
