May 19th 1736
Upon hearing this day the matter in dispte betwixt
Mr. Willm Oats as Dmr of the effect of Jane Kelly, on
the one part, and the Relict & Exx of Thos Kelly grand-
father of the sd Jane on the other pt for & touching
the portion & proportion of goods due to the sd Jane &
secur'd in the hand of her grandfather - It appears
that the whole goods due to sd Jane }
