       May 19th 1736

   Upon hearing this day the matter in dispte betwixt
Mr. Willm Oats as Dmr of the effect of Jane Kelly, on
the one part, and the Relict & Exx of Thos Kelly grand-
father of the sd Jane on the other pt for & touching
the portion & proportion of goods due to the sd Jane &
secur'd in the hand of her grandfather - It appears
that the whole goods due to sd Jane          }
Kelly & her borthers Thos & John, wch        }  L    s    d 
are adjudgd to be comprised in the Inventory } 107 = 4 = 10 1/2
of their father's effects in Lib: 1 .. 1702  }
amt to the sum of                            }

Out of wch deduct the price of Clucas's houses }

wth the othr deduction upon record  12=19=7    }
