The last will and testament of Isabel Kelly als Quayle of the parish of KK
Michael who departed this life the 8th day of Dec anno 1737.  And being
of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof.
First she committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item she bequeathed to her stepson John Kelly a sheep and lamb as
legacy.
Item to her youngest son Thos Kelly her part of an heiffer.
Item she left and bequeathed to her husband Jon Kelly her part of the riding
horse and likewise her part of a cow called Potthag equally in partnership
betwixt her said husband and her four children.
Item to her said husband her part of the feather bed and bolster as
legacy and likewise the tuition of the children and goods in the fathers
hands until her oldest son Wm should come to the age of twenty one
years compleat.
Item she left six pence each to the witness of her will and lastly she
nominated and appointed her four sons vizt Wm, Matth: Patr and Thos Kelly
sole and joint executors of all the rest of her goods moveable and
immovable. whatsoever.

The executor being under age the tuition of them together with their
goods is according to the will of the testatrix committed to their father
who is sworn overseer as to  make a perfect inventory and the pay the debts
and legacy according to law.  Pledges are Wm Quayle and John
Quayle Cammall
Probatum and solvit 1 2d
