of February last past. She being at the making 
thereof of a good mind & in a disposing Memory.~ 
First ~ She Committed her Soul to God and her 
Body to Christian Buriall ~ and then She Settled~ 
and dispos'd off her Concerns in the Mannr.following~

apeice, And Nominated & Appointed her only
