Ellinr Skillicorn als Cottier departed this Life abt the 17th of Octor 1738
— Intestate — Whereupon The Court hath Decreed her two children Margt &
Catherine Joint Adminexrs of all her Goods movable & imovable whatsoever —
who being under age John Cottier the Granfather wth Christian the Aunt are
Sworn overseers and by their Consent The Children wth their Goods are in
the Fathr: hands who is Sworn in Court according to Law & gave Pledges —
