This is affirmed to be the last will and
testament of Thomas Skillicorn of KK Lonan who
departed this life the 23rd of Feb:1737 being 
of a perfect mind and memory at the making thereof
First he committed his soul unto God and his body
to Christian burial – Item he left to his son 
John Skillicorn all his Mountain Land with the consent
of his wife Margt, which she is to have in possession
untill their sd son arrives to the years of twenty six
the one half to him then, and the other half his said
wife consented to be given to his sd son after her decease.
Item. He left and bequeathed to his daughter Margt Skillicorn
thirty shillings, to be given her when his said wife shall
think convenient – Item he left to his daughter Ellinor
Skillicorn fifteen shillings. Item. He left to his
other daughter Anne twelve shillings, and he left
also to his younger daughter Isabel ten shillings
The three above mentioned daughters are not to receive 
The sd legacys until they are to the years of one
& twenty . Lastly he nominated constituted and 
appointed his loving and affectionate wife Margt 
Skillicorn als Clark sole Executrix of all his
goods moveable and unmoveable of what kind and nature
soever
