Dollin Caine of Shylcaig departed this life about the 23rd of December last
intestate.  Whereupon the court hath decreed his three children - John, Jony
and Ann Caine joint administrators of all his goods moveable and immoveable
whatsoever who being all under age.  The uncles vizt John Cain husband of
Margt and Wm Cannell husband of Jony the aunts are sworn overseers.  They
have the tuition of the children and their goods and are to being in an
inventory.  Pledges are John Corjeage Ballnykilley and Richard McBoyd.
The widow is sworn to divide justly with the overseers.  Decretum est.
