This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of William Killip of
Ballaugh who departed this life the 20th December 1739.
He left to his sons Thomas, Jon, Robert and Patrick his part of the sheep
excepting what would be killed for his funeral.
He left to his son Ewan 5 sheep.
He left to his daughter Ellinor his part of the meadow called Leany Vroagh.
He left to his beloved wife the speckled heifer.
Lastly he appoint his daughter Ellinor sole executor of all the rest of his
goods.
The witnesses do further declare that Jane Killip, the wife of the testator,
has consented to this will before them since his death, that the said
daughter shall have her part of the above meadow after her decease. Ellinor
Killip the executrix is sworn in court giving pledges Thomas Killip and
Simon Corlett.
