The last will and testament of Mary Kerran als Cannell of the parish of
KK Michael deceased who being of perfect mind and memory at the
making hereof
First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item
She left and bequeathed to her only son Gilbert Kerron all her right title
and interest unto the lands and houses purchased by her and her husband of
the quarterland of clyding bearing the annual Lords rent of three shillings
and five pence on the whole
She left the said houses and lands to her said husband during his natural
life in case it should not otherwise please him to give them to his said
son.
Item She left and ordered that her said son in consideration of the
foregoing article should pay unto his three sisters Margaret, Catherine
and Ellinor the sum of fifteen shillings each.
Item She left to her youngest daughter Ellinor six shillings and her
shaped apparel linnen and woolen.
Item To her husband she left her part of the bed cloathes.
Item she left six pence each to the witness of this will and lastly she
nominate and appointed her two daughters Margt and Catherine sole and joint
executrixs of all the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.
