The last will and testament of Michael Cross who died about the fourteenth
instant being of perfect mind and memory at the making thereof
Imp he commited his soul to God and body to Christian burial.
He bequeathed six pence legacy to his brother Wm Cross.
He bequeathed his shoes and stocking to his cousin John Cross.
Lastly he nominated, ordained and appointed his brother and sister John and
Anne Cross sole executors of all the rest of his goods moveable and
immoveable.

Ann Cross one of the executrixes being under age - John the executor at age
is sworn in form of law who is to be bring and inventory and to be just to
the others in the division.
The goods of Ann are in the hands of John who is also supervisor. Pledges
are the witnesses of the will
