Mary Killip als Christian departed this life about the 21st of May last
intestate, whereupon the Court has Decreed her only Child Isabel Killip
Sole Admx of all her goods & Chattles whatsoever, the next relations, Wm
Christian & Jane Quark als Christian, Philip Quayle /Quark (?) in behave of
his mother & Ann Qua[..?..] als Skillicorn Supervisrs   Wm Chris[.....] Jo:
Quark, in behave of his wife, & Philip Qui[..?..] are sworn in Court

The goods are in the hands of Tho: Xtian the grandfather, who gave Pledges

much as W[...] Quark & William Christian who are concernd of Kindred do
[..?..] with or Brotr Thos Chr[istian] father to the deceased Woman and do
here ag[.....]-ly with him the sd Thos Christian to [..?..] of sd Child
with the forsd Child's Effects and to m[.....]   [.....] for our part and
m[....] behalf until she shall come to age and in case the child shall
[die] under age then and in that case the Sd Goo[ds] Desend and fall unto
the sd Thos Christian
