The last Will & testament of Mary Quayle als Kelly of the
parish of KK Michael who departed this life yl.13th.of~
March 1739. And being of perfect mind & memory at the
making hereof ~ First She committed her Soul to God
& her Body to Christian burial ~ Item She left to her
Husband John Quayle her part of the riding Goods as legacy,
Item. She left to her Mother a little spining wheel ~
Item. She left to her sister Alice her shaped apparel, both
linen & woolen and to yl.rest of her Brothers & Sisters six
pence a piece legacy ~ Item she left yl.Gown wch. ~
she commonly wore to her sister in law Bahee Quayle.
Item She left six pence each to the witnesses of this Will
And lastly she nominated & appointed her only child ~
Wm.Quayle sole Exr.of all yl.rest of her goods move
able & immoveable whatsoever ~ Also she left yl.tuition
of her sd.Child & his Goods to her ffather & Mother and in Case
the sd.Child should die under age, She left the sd.Goods
to her ffather & Mother aforsd. ~
