This is affirmed to be the last will and 
testament of Margt Quayle als Christian, 
who departed this life the 23rd of March 
1739/40. In perfect mind and memory, she 
committed her soul to God and body to 
Xtian burial.  
Item, she left to her son ..... 
Quayle six pence legacy, & no more. She .... 
constituted and appointed her son Philip 
Quayle xxx and sole Executor of all the 
rest of her goods moveable and immoveable 
of what kind or nature soever.  
Witnesses:

The Executor is sworn according to Law.  
Pledges for payment of debts &c., are
