57                  Bride
This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of 
Mary Joughan als Caskill of the parish of KK Bride who 
departed this life about the 4th of April 1740 and was at 
perfect mind and memory at the making thereof.
First she committed her soul go God and her body to 
Christian burial.
Item she left and bequeathed to her son Daniel Joughan a 
quarter of crop and her share of the team and her part or 
share of the husbandry gear.
Item she left a foal? to her two Daughters viz. Kath. and 
Ann Joughan equally between them and a coverlett and half 
of her shaped Clothes and linnen to her Daughter Kath. 
aforesaid  and to her Daughter Ann a big chest and wheel 
and her other half of her Clothes and linin aforesaid.
Item She left to her son Mark Joughan a Blankett or a 
sheet his choice.
Item She left a sheep and lamb each to her two sons James 
and Wm. Joughan.
Item She left one yearling each to her two grand children 
viz. Wm. and Mark Joughan
To the witnesses of her Will seven pence each.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her loving husband 
Dan. Joughan sole Ex. Of all the rest of her goods moving 
and immoveable what soever.

The Ex. is sworn in Court in form of law and has given 
pledges for payment of the Debts and Legacies, viz. Patr.
