John Lace of the Down departed this life
About the beginning of Nov 1739 Intestate.
The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath
Decreed his four children ( Elizabeth having obtain
A contract bargain) vis Dan’l, Wm John and Alice
Lace joint admins of all his goods movable
And immovable whatsoever. The three
 latter being abroad  and Dan’l absent Tho’s Lace their Brother
is sworn to bring
 to the Regsry an Inventory of the whole
effects which are left in his hands and has
sworn pledges John Sayle Brewer and Tho’s craine
Sumner.

				Edw Moore
Nov 5 1740 Dan’l Lace one of the admin has now
Relinquished his right to the administration tohis brother-in-law
Afore mentioned.

Nov 4 1740 Thos, Lace the Admin desires notice may
Be taken of his claim “ag” the admin of John Lace
