This is affirmed to be the last will & testament
of William Corkish who departed this life
August the 15th 1741.
Imprs he commited his soul to God & his body
to Christian burial.
2dly he left to his three daughters Elizabeth, Anne
and Catherine Corkish one pound ten shillings
to each as legacy.
3dly he nominated his wife Margaret Corkish
als Cry whole and sole Executrix of all the
rest of his goods; at the sme time excluding
all other person claiming tittle, or right to
any part of his effect, by leaving them six
pence legacey; he also declared to be fully indbted
to Margaret Quayle the sum of twelve shillings,
to Phillip Tear seven shills & six pence; to Jane
Quilliam nine shils; to Anne Caley five shills;
and that there was ten shills due to the Execrs
of Mr Charles Gilley which was in Wm Garretts
hand, and that Jon Kneen was indebted to him
the sum of six shills.

eldest child comes to age. And if they all die
under age their goods are to fall to the mother.

James Radcliffe husband of Cath: Corkish one of the children
of the testr Wm Corkish came this day to the Regry & acknowledged to have
recd from his mother in law Margt Kegg als Corkish the sum of
one pound ten shillings in full of the legacy bequeathed unto his wife
by her sd father & hereby acquits & discharges his sd mother in law & all
others of the same. Witness his name & mark
