The last will and testament of Jon Kelly of the parish of KK Michael
deceased who departed this life about the 21st of December anno dom 1741 and
being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof.
First he committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item: He declared that his wife left her part of an heifer to their son
Thos Kelly to whom he left and bequeathed his part of the said heifer
likewise.
Item  - He left one quarter of the crop unto his son and heir Jon Kelly
being all his right unto the said crop and the same to descend as
inheritance for the future.
Item - He desired that his said son Jon Kelly should agree with the rest
of the children for the other quarter of the crop being their part of the
same.
Item - He left to his daughter in law Mary Kelly the smoothing iron and
heaters.
Item - To his said son Jon Kelly he left the white chest.
Item -  To his two sons Patt and Thos he left one shillings each.
Item -  He desired that his said son Jon Kelly should agree with his
executor for the household goods.
Item he declared that he owed to Mary Gellin six shillings and to Jon
Quayle two shillings six pence and to Gilbert Clark  one shilling  and
LASTLY  He nominated and appointed his son Matth Kelly to be executor
of all the rest of his goods movable and immovable whatsoever.

The executor is sworn in court in form of law and has given pledges John
Quayle Cammal and John Caine Balla Killey
In regard the executor is young and not able to manage his affairs his
brother John Kelly is at his desire sworn assistant.
