63 Patrick The Last Will and Testament of John Key of Kirk Patrick who departed this life, he being in perfect mind and memory at the makeing hereof, First, he committed his soul to God that gave it, and his body to Christian Buriall. Item: He left half a calfe to his daughter Ellin’s 2 Children. Item: He left a yearling to his Grandson Philip Key. Item: He left a lamb to Sara Quilliam one of the witnesses and sixpence Legacy to the other witness. Item: He left his wife whole Executrix to all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable of what kind soever, and [debaring] all claimers of, by sixpence Legacy. Witnesses Present Sara Quilliam her X Jane Waterson her X Jurati At Ballnohown May 30th 1741 the Executrix is sworn in form of Law and hath given pledges William Carran and John Kelly. Probatum est.
