John Kewley departed this Life about the 30th Novembr last, Intestate ­ The
Court upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed his Son & Daughter vizt Daniel
and Margt Kewley joint Adminrs of all his Goods ­ moveable and Immoveable
whatsoever ­ Margt being under Age, Daniel together wth Ellinr the Aunt are
Sworn in form of Law, the Goods of Margt are in the hands of Daniel, who
has given pledges vizt Wm Kewley & Nicho: Kelly
