41         Peeltown, March 20th 1740/1
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Elinor Leece 
of KK German, Being in perfect mind and memory at ye making thirof.  
First She committed her soul to Almighty God, and her body to 
Christian burial.  
Itt, She left to her youngest SON WM LEECE three pound, two young 
sheep of two years old.  
Itt, She left to her SON DAVID LEECE Forty shillings, one caddow, and blanket.  
Itt, She left to her DAUGHTER ELINOR her part of ye Pewter, one 
coverlet & blanket, & all her weaving clothes woolen & linen.  
Itt, She left to her God daughter Ann Crellin one sheep.  
Lastly, She appointed and left her SON JON: LEECE & DAUGHTER ELINOR 
LEECE whole execrs of all ye rest of her goods, moveable & unmoveable, 
cotton of any wou'd claime with six pence each, and seven pence apiece 
to ye witnesses of ye Will.

THE EXECRS ARE SWORN IN COURT according to Law.  And also overseers 
of the CHILD underage.  Pledges are John Cosnahan & Thos Shimin Ballaneyr.
