The Last Will & Testament of Mary Corlet of Ballaugh 
who departed this life the 24th.of Nov.1742 being of 
perfect mind & sound memory at the making hereof 
Imps.She Committed her Soul to God, & Body to Christian Burial 
2dly.She bequeathed her part of the money, or Cash, 
anywhere abroad, with half of the Crop unto her 
beloved husband Nicks.Corlet Except, her part of 
the price of a Mare, & Cow, which she left to her 
Exrs. 
3dly.She left a peckle heifer and two sheep unto her Cousin 
Ellinr.Corlet 
4thly.She left a new pleddin petticoat unto her Aunt Alice Cannell 
Item She left her wearing Gown with two of her Corfs 
unto her Cousin Isable Cain 
5thly.She left the rest of her Cloaths Linnens & Wollen unto 
Cath:Cowley with 2 sheep, and the wisted yarn then in 
spinning She also left unto the sd.Cath:Cowley 
She left 1 shilling to Each the witnesses of this will 
Lastly She noinated Constiuted and appointed, her forsd. 
husband Nichs.Corlet and her father Wm.Corlet Sole & 
Joint Exrs.of all the rest of her goods whatsoever
