I Margaret Callow of Claughbane,
infirm in body but of perfect mind and memory,
being mindful of my mortality, do make my last
will and testament in manner following.
First, I commend my soul to God and my
body to Christian burial.
Item, bequeath to my son and heir William Callow
my half of the crop, team and husbandry gears,
likewise the servants bed clothes within and
without house. Likewise all sacks and canvases
and all my folding sheep, he to pay what I
owe to Ballacowls cottlers Lord’s rent and
servants wages, likewise the new enclosure,
he paying seven pounds I owe to widow Quay
in Ramsey in lieu of xxx the said enclosure.
Likewise to him half dozen chairs, the big
table on the loft, the big cheive and little
cheive hoghead and barrel.
Item, to my three daughters that is married
a sheep apiece of the mountain sheep; to
my daughter Dorothy a new coverlet.
I nominate and appoint my son William Calow,
xxx, & Margret Callow sole executors of all
my goods moveable and immoveable of what kind soever.

The Executors being all at lawful years are
sworn in Court in form of Law and have given
pledges viz., Mr. Robert Corlet & William Callow
