The last will and testament of Catherine Kelly als Creer of the parish of KK
Marown who departed this life the 13th of April 1742 being of perfect mind
and memory at the making thereof.
First she commended her soul to god and next her moral body to the earth and
to be buried after a decent Christian manner, and as for such worldly goods
as it please God to endow her with with she bequeathed them after the
following manner.
Item:  She left to Gilbert Creer's wife one kishan of meal.
Item:  She left to Ann Quirk the full of a big dish of meal.
Item:  She left to Ann Gell the full of a big dish of meal.
Item:  she left and bequeathed to her son Henry Kelly the sum of forty
shillings two blankets viz unwhite one in the chest and the grey one that
was in the house side all that he had belonging to her in his hands.
Item:  She left and bequeathed to her grandson Thomas Kelly a firlet of
meilt corn besides all that he had belonging to her already in his hands.
Item:  She left and bequeathed to her grandson William Kelly all that
belonged to her already in his hands.
Item:  she left and bequeathed to her grandson Robert Kelly the sum of eight
shillings besides what was belonging to her already in his hands.
Item:  she left unto her grandson Paul Kelly three yards of stuff.
And Lastly she nominated, constituted, and ordained her son Nicholas Kelly
sole executor of all the rest of her effects moveable and immoveable of what
kind or nature whatever.  This we affirm to be the last will and testament
of the before mentioned testator, witness our hands this 17th of May 1742.

Nicholas Kelly the executor is sworn in court in form of law and has given
pledges Thomas Stevenson and John Kewley the witnesses of the will.
