19       KK Christ Rushen 
The last will and testament of Ann Taylor 
being sick in body but in perfect memory 
at the making hereof.  
First, she committed her soul to God and 
her body to the earth.  
Item, she bequeathed unto her daughter Christian 
ten shillings legacy.  
Item, she bequeathed unto her loving husband 
the bed.  
Lastly she appointed her other three daughters 
joint executrices of all the rest of her goods 
moveable and immoveable whatsoever excepting 
the chest which she left to her daughter Ann 
above the rest.  
After which she left to William Qualtrough’s 
son and to her own youngest son a sheep and a 
lamb between them.  
Item, she bequeathed to her son Henry a pair 
of harrows, the plow, gears and the eighth 
part of the whole crop.  
Witnesses: 
Richard Corrin, 
William Stole, jurati.          

Ann Taylor one of the Executors being abroad, 
her brother Henry Taylor in her behalf and the 
other two Executrices for themselves are sworn 
for payment of debts and legacies in form of Law.  
The Goods of Ann are in the hands of her brother 
Henry Taylor before said.  
Pledges in form of Law
