Mary Stephan als Kewish departed this life about the 20th 
of August last - intestate -
The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath decreed her 
eight children  vizt. Patrick, Thomas, Anne, Mary, 
Elizabeth, Margt., Catherine & John Stephan joint admin. 
of all her Goods moveable and immoveable whatever - John, 
Cath. & Margt. being abroad & Elizabeth absent - the 
other five are sworn in court in form of law - who are to 
bring in an inventory of the Effects & to be just the one 
to the other - pledges are Mr. Attorney Gemx & Wm. Tear - 
the goods of the children abroad in the hands of Mary & 
Thomas - pledges for them vizt. Their Bro. Patrick his 
mark and Dan. Cannon.
