Ann Stole als Kermeen departed this Life
about the first day of Novemr Last Intestate ~
The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed ~
her four children ~ namely ~ Patrick, Anne, Jony,
and Margt Stole joint Adminrs of all her Goods ~
moveable and Immoveable whatsoever ~ who ~
being all under age Their uncles and aunts ~ vizt ~
Wm. Thos. John, Margt. Ellinr. & Jony Kermeen are
Sworn Overseers in form of Law ~ The children on
the Decds part vizt Anne & Jony with the whole Goods are
in their hands ~ the Eldest with the Youngest in the
tuition of their father ~ Pledges for the overseers are
Wm Creer Hen: Abbs & Thos Corkill. The father is
sworn to render a just acct to perfect the Inventory ~

We the supervisors of the Children of Ann Stole als Kermeen
of KK Maughold Lately Deceased & Thos Stole Father to the sd
Children doe hereby acknowledge (crossed out) to have unani ~
= mously agreed upon the Care and bringing up of the four
Children and their Goods & effects as follows:
Vidzt That Thomas Stole the ffather is to have the three Eldest
Children to his tuition and Care with their proportion of Goods
until they come to age vidzt Pattrick: Ann and Joney Stole
and that the supervisors whose names are hereunto subscribed
is to have the youngest Child to their Care and Tuition vidzt Margt
Stole wth all the Goods Due to her until she come to full age
To the performance hereof all parties concerned have hereby
bound themselves their Heyrs Exrs: and admstr: under the ~
penalty of twenty pounds sterl: to be payd according
to Law. In witness thereof they have hereunto sett their
hands the Date above sd

father Thos Stole the sum of Fourteen shills which he accepts
in full of the share of Goods due unto him by the decease of his
mother & hereby acquits & discharges his S. father & all others of the
same ~ Witness his mark to his name ~

Margt Stole one of the children of Anne Stole als Kermeen has this day
Willm Kermeen
recd from John Kermeen ^& Wm Creetch husband of Margt Kermeen the
sum of two shillings & nine pence three farthings apiece in full of
the share of Goods due unto her by the death of her sd mother & by them
payable ~ and hereby acquits & discharges the sd John Kermeen & Wm Creetch
of the share of sd Goods due unto her and in their hands. Witness her mark
to her name ~
