Patrick Cowley of the Close departed this life about the 9th of June 1743.
The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed the next of kin rec'd -
being the children of his brother John Cowley deceased and of his sisters
Joney and Margaret deceased also namely Patrick, Philip, John, Wm, Jony and
Margery Cowley with Tho:Callin husband - Ann Callin Alice Margt and Cath
Callin the children of Margaret  - as also John Caley and William Caley the
children of Joney joint administrators of all his goods moveable and
immoveable whatsoever - Ann, Alice and Margaret Callin with Wm Caley and
Philip Cowley being absent - the rest are sworn in form of law for payment
of debts and to be just to the co administrators and to one another.
Pledges in form of law are Thos Killip Ballaugh and Wm Camish B" Luig.
