The Last Will & Testament of Eliz:Quiggin of 
the parish of KK Michael who departed this life 
about the beginning of March Anno Dom:1742 
and being of perfect mind & memory at the 
making hereof ~ First She committed her 
Soul to God and Body to Christian Burial ~ 
Item she left unto her Brother Wm.Cannel five 
shillings ~ Item To her Sister Margt.Gell als 
Cannel two english shillings ~ Item To her sister 
Isabel Quiggin ten shills.& her Cloathes linnen 
& woolen ~ Item to her Sister Joney Quiggin she 
left six pence legacy and likewise to her Brothers 
Thos.& Wm.Quiggin six pence each as legacy ~ 
And Lastly (after leaving six pence each to the 
witnesses of this Will) She nominated and appoint: 
:ed her Brother Jon.Quiggin & his wife Margt. 
Sole Exes.of all the rest of her Goods movable & 
immovable whatsoever ~

Jane Kelly on of the Witnesses being upon her~ 
sick:bed ~ she with Hugh Cannell the other witness 
have prov'd the above Will in form of Law ~

	At a Consistory Court at KK Michl. 
	July 14th.1743. 
The Exed.is sworn in Court in form of Law and has given 
pledges Capt.Thos.Radcliff & Thos.Cain ~ probatum est

July 2d.1753 
John Quaggin husband of Isabel Quiggin came 
this day before me & acknowledged to be fully 
paid & Satisfied by John Quiggin his Brother in 
Law for all his sd.wife's share of Goods due unto her 
by the Decease of her Mother Margt.Quiggin 
& likewise by the Decease of her Sister Elizth. 
Quiggin & does hereby acquit & discharge the sd.
