This is affirmed to be the last will
and testament of Thomas Fayle of Lezayre
who departed this life about the 18th
of October last past, being of good
and perfect memory at the making hereof
First—He committed his soul to God and
his body to Christian burial.
Item--He left to his son James one tub
of barley and one bowl of Corn betwixt
Small oats & placket
Item ----he left to his grandson Thomas
one white Rhaynet
Item—he left to his granddaughter Anne
one Gray Rhaynet—
Item—He left sixpence legacy to any person
or that persons that would pretend right
or title to his will.
Lastly he nominated and appointed his well
beloved wife and his daughter Christian his
whole and sole executrix’s of all his goods
movable & immoveable whatsoever
Also he left sixpence apiece to the
witnesses of his will
