Thomas Radcliffe, 1744

Thomas Radcliffe departed this life about 
the 12th of March last intestate. The Court 
upon intelligence thereof hath decreed his 
only son William Radcliff sole administrator 
of all his goods movable and immovable 
whatsoever. Who being at lawful years is 
sworn in court in form of law and has given 
pledges for payment of debts namely Philip 
and James Radcliffe.
           Decretum est
