Arbory Octr 22 1745
Jane Harrison als Corkish departed this life about
the 23d of July last, Intestate. The Court upon
intelligence thereof hath decreed her three children
by Wm Harrison her last husband - namely Wm, John
& Chas Harrison - together with Richd & Cath: Corkish
her children by a former husband - joynt adminrs
of all her goods & chattells moveable & immoveable
wtsoever. The children by her latter husband being
under age - they with their goods are comitted to the father
to wm Nichs Corkish surrenders his part of goods on
account of the maintenance of his share of ye crops and
the goods of Cath: are also in ye fathers hands - who is
sworn to present the inventory & for paymt of debts according
to Law. He together with Richd beforesd are is sworn over=
:seer of ye children. Pledges in form of Law are Mr Wm
Harrison & John Clague.
