John Callow departed this life about the beginning of August last  -
Intestate — The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed his only Son
John Callow sole Adminr of all his goods moveable & Immoveable whatsoever
— Who being at lawful years is Sworn in Court for paymt of the Debts
according to Law  — and hath given pledges Accordingly Namely Patr:
