In the name of God Amen.  I Cathrine Fearon being sick and weak in body but
of perfect mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner
and form following -
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Item:  I leave and bequeath to my son John ten pounds to be paid him by my
executor when he arrives to fourteen years. And in case he dies before he
arrives at fourteen years, then I leave and bequeath the said legacy to my
executor hereafter mentioned.
I also leave the tuition my said son to my husband.
Item:  I leave and bequeath six pence a piece to my brother and sisters
excluding all other person who may pretend a right to any of my effects with
six pence apiece legacy.
Item:  I leave and bequeath to my loving husband John Fearon all the rest
residue and remainder of my effects what kind or nature soever and I also
appoint him my said husband executor of this my last will.
In witness where of I have hereunto subscribed my name this 5th March 1754.
Item:  I leave my mother all my weaving apparel linen and woolin.  Catherine

At a Chapter Court at Ballavagher May 31st 1754
The executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
payment of debts and legacy viz Capt Thomas Radcliff and Mr Peter Quirk.  He
has the tuition of the child and his goods committed unto him pursuant to
the will.  Probatum est  Ro:Racliffe and Maths Curghey
At a Chapter Court at Ballavagher June 13th 1755 It appearing upon trial
that Patrick Cain of the town of Douglas is indebted unto John Fearon
executor of Cath Fearon deceased the sum of 21 pounds 10:7d as by a bill of
particulars this day produced by said Fearon.
Cain is hereby ordered to discharge the deadıs part thereof whereof if he
neglects or refuses he is to be committed in St German until he submits to
law and before releasement pays all fees.
