The Last Will & Testament of Wm Qualtrough of
this Parish who departed this life about the 7th of 
Febry 1746

Impr: He commended his Soul to God & his Body to 
Christian burial

Itm:  He bequeathed to his Son Wm half of the little
  Heifer.

Itm:  He bequeathed to his four Daughters Anne, Mary, Jane
  & Sarah, 6d legacy each.

Lastly he nominated & appointed his loving wife sole 
Exectr of all the rest of his Goods moveable & immoveable.

                                        Santan – Feb 10 1746

        The witnesses sworn in Form of Law And de…..
        that the Testator did not name his Children in 
        particular  but that he left 6d legacy the sd 
       person yt claim any Right to His Effects. 

       The Exectrx sworm in Court for paymt of
       Debts & Legacys according to Law & gave 
       pledges, namely John Kinvig and Robt Christian
       one of the witnesses.
