This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament 
of Jane Kelly als Cotteen of the Parish of 
KK Conchan who in perfect mind and memory 
committed her Soul to God and Body to Christian 
Burial & departed this life the 18th of Nov 1746.
Leaving her worldly goods as follows

She bequeathed to her son Gilbt Kelly all her 
part of the Tenement called by the name of 
Balla Kaighin the whole crop husbandry
gears & a stone hore.  He the said Gilbt giving
a firlet of [..ates] to her son in law Thos Cannell.
Item:  She left to her son John Kelly a cow
Item:  She left to her son Robt a Crown or the value 
thereof.  Item:  She left to her Daughter Jane 
a gown, petticoat, riding hood, a pair of shoes 
& stockings, & left all the rest of her wearing 
apparel both linen and woollen between her daugh
ters Ann & Catherine.      Lastly she nominated 
& appointed her son Thos Kelly & daughter 
Cath: joint & sole Exec’rs of all the rest of her 
goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever.

           At a Court of Correction at KK Braddan 
           Feb 16th 1746
                          one of the Exors
      Thos Kelly ^ and John Corkil husband of the 
      other Exor are sworn in form of Law and have 
      given pledges for payment of debts and legacys 
      viz Wm Christian & John Cannell [primes]
