Articles of Agreement made by & between
Charles Joughin and his Mother Bahee Joughin
of Kk Andrews, As follow.

--- It is Agreed upon, and ye above Bahee
Joughin doth hereby oblige herself to settle
upon her sd son Charles Joughin, in perfect? pos=
session, during her Natural Life all her
Right to ye profits of John Sayle's Estate of
Larivane wth her Right to ye Estate wherein
her sd son now dwells; he paying her part
of all ye several Lords Rent yearly wth all
Boons? Suits & Services.

2. In Consideration hereof her sd son Obligeth
himselfe to provide sufficient Meat Drink
Cloathing and Lodging for his sd Mothr during
her Life time, And in Case her son departs
this Life before his Mother & ye Execr Neglecting
to take due Care of her, then she is at Liberty
to ---sume her own wth out any ce--t?

3. The sd Charles Obligeth himselfe to pay yearly to his
brother John of Castletown, during his Mothers
Life One Tub of Barley.

4. It is also Agreed upon that her said son

son Charles Joughin is to have all her
Goods Chattels & Effects, in perfect?
possession also, & reserving only her
Clothes to be disposed thereof by herself
at ye latter day to whom she pleaseth.

Lastly: for the better performance of all 
and singular ye lawful? Articles ye Said
Bahee Joughin, & Charles Joughin do bind
& Oblige them --- Heirs Execrs Adminrs
Assignes Undr the forfiture of Ten Pounds
Sterl in ye Nature of all other --- As Wit=
ness their Names & Marks Jann 25th 1734
