16 Lezayre The last will and testament of John Killip who departed this life the tenth day of March last being in perfect mind and memory at the making hereof. He committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial. He left to his son John all that part of the Nappin which he purchased and the Little Croft after the death of his mother and if so be that his said son happened to dye before he possesses the said lands that then the same to fall and descend to his daughter Christian and his wife consenting to give her part of the said lands --- her husband. He left to his daughter Margt three pounds and in an incalf cow which he declare she may give in that half of the increase. He left to his beloved wife the old black mair He nominated and appointed his daughter Christian sole and whole executrix of all his goods movable and immovable whatsoever. Witnesses: John Cowell Margaret Corkish Jurati At a Chapter Court at Lezayre June 19th 1747 Christian Killip sworn executrix and overseer of the children under age.
