Thomas Qualtrough departed this life about the first
of April last past Intestate – The Court having
intelligence thereof Decrees his only Daughter
namely Margaret Qualtrough Sole Administrator
of all his Goods and Chattels moveable and
immoveable whatsoever  -  She is accordingly
sworn for payment of the Debts to Law
and gave Pledges – Vizt = John Quinney & Wm Kinley
