This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
of John Farragher of the Ayre and parish of KK 
Andrews who departed this life about the 29th of 
Decr last past and was of perfect and sound mind 
and memory at the making of it.  
First he committed h is soul to God and 
body to Christian burial.  
Item, to his father James Farragher and to his 
brothers James & Phillip Faragher he left the 
steers he had at Gatt-e-Whing.  
Item, to his stepmother he left five shillings legacy. 
Item, to his sisters Marriod and Catherine he left 
a young steer or a young heifer and one sheep apiece.  
Item, to Charles Crebbin he left two sheep with the 
lambs if they be in lambs.  
Item, to Daniel Sayle he left three shillings legacy 
which was in his own hands & declared withal that 
said Sayle owed him forty shillings besides.  
Item, to William Crebbin he left the heifer he 
bought this year.  
Item, the Testator being asked by his wife what 
would he do to his sisters in law Ellinor & Ann, 
he said they should have one sheep apiece if so 
many would be to the fore.  
Lastly, he nominated and appointed his loving 
wife Marriod Farragher als Crebbin his lawful 
Executrix of all the rest of his goods moveable 
and immoveable whatsoever.  
To the witnesses of the will he left four 
pottles of corn each.  
Item, he declared that he owed Philip Sayle Seir 
3s for hay, and that he owed something to John Brew 
of Gilcagh and that he gave him creels & plants.

At a Court of 
Marriad Farrager als Crebbin having departed 
this life before the probate hereof, her Executor 
namely Wm Crebbin is sworn in Court for the 
payment of debts and legacies according to Law.  
Solvit 12d  Pledges are John Tear and 
Thomas Radcliff of BallaRadcliff.
