The Last Will & Testament of ThoCowley 
of the parish of KK Michael, who departed this life 
the 24th.of April 1748, being of perfect mind & me
mory at the making hereof ~ First He com
mitted his Soul to God & Body to Christian burial ~ 
Item He left the House below (or the East House) to 
his wife Easther Cowley als Cannell. Item He left 
the House where he lived or dwelt in to his niece 
Mary Cowley together wth.half of the Breckan after 
the decease of his wife ~ Item He left six pence 
Legacy to his Brother John Cowley ~ Item eight pence 
each to the witnesses of the Will ~ Item He left a 
Coat to his nephew PattCowley, and Lastly He nomi
nated and appointed his sd.wife Easther Cowley als 
Cannell and his sd.Niece Mary Cowley Sole & joint 
Exrxs.of all the rest of his goods movable & Im
movable whatsoever ~

Settles her Right of the Houses & Garden where she disolution her ~ 
CoExecrx.Mary Cowley freely after her Decease ~ Sd.Easther hereby 
renouncing all manr.of pretence or Title to the premisses eitts. 
by this Will ~ by her Contract bargain after her Decease 
          The Exres.are Sworn in ~
