Last w & t of Ewan Sayle of the Craig in the par of Kk And who dep
t.l. in Febr last
He bequeathed to his loving wife the cow and the bed wholely
To his two dau. Elinr & Margt he left an heifer apiece & that sd
Ellinr was to have the broad-head one
To sd Ellinr he left a double wheel
To his son Daniel he left a little beast vizt a Goawin[?]
To his son Thomas he left the heiffer he bought from the Craig and
his part of the Stone-horse a Coat vest and breeches
He will’d that all his children should have one sheep apiece if
there be so many
And that his wife & his son Thos was to keep the above said little
beast for his son Dan till it be three years
Lastly he nominated & app his aforesd son Thomas Sayle his lawful
execr of the rest of his Goods movable & unmovable whatsoever
To the witnesses of this will he left an English shilling each &
left a coat & vest to his son Dan: to be clothe for him.
