94       Bride
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
ESTHER HOWLAND of the parish of KK Bride who departed 
this life about the fifteenth March 1747/l8 and was 
at perfect mind and emory at the making of the same.  
First, she committed her soul to God and her body 
to a Christian burial.  
Item, she left her share of a calf and a bustle and 
a stuff petticoat to her BROTHER WILLIAM HOWLAND.  
Item, she left to her ELDEST SISTER KATH: her hat 
and mantle and half of her linen clothes.  
Item, she left to her YOUNGEST SISTER the other 
half of her linen clothes and a gown and petticoat 
and a cegher[or cogher] apron and bustle.  
Item, to the witnesses of the will six pence each.  
Lastly, she nominated and appointed her loving 
MOTHER sole Executrix of all the rest of her 
goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.

THE EXECUTRIX IS SWORN in Court in form of Law and 
hath given pledges vizt, Wm Kneal & Daniel Christian.
