This is affirmed to be The last Will and ~
Testament of John Corlet of KK Michael Town
Who Departed this life about St Andreas last
being Sound in perfect Mind & Memory at Making
the Same.
First He Committed his Soul to Almighty God and
his Body to Christian Burial
Itm. He left to his Eldest Son John Corlet his half of the
House and Croft with half of ye.Fees & hives in the
Garden free and without any Debt Excepting Three
pounds That he is to pay unto his Brother Robert
Corlet And after his Mother Deceased yl.whole of
The Houses Croft and Gardens to be Enjoyed and
? him after his sd.Mothers Death and also his
part of yl.Chair Dresser Table and fforma ~
He left unto his loving Wife Mary Corlet his
half of the ffetter Bed Where on They lay and Also
the little heiffer
He left and ordered yl.his Daughter Joney Corlet is to
pay the Sum of Three pounds unto her Brother Willm.
Corlet for to put him to a Trade
He Nominated and appointed his Daughter Joney Corlet
Sole Exectrix of all the rest of his goods Moveable
and Immoveable What so Ever
And this in presence of The above & within Mary ~

A Court of Correction held at the White House in KK

Mary Corlet the Widow has Consented in Court
that her part of the Houses Croft & Gardens ahall
descend after her Decease as more fully Espressed
in the within Will ~
Joney Corlet is sworn Exedx.in form of Law and
has given pledges for paymt.of Debts & Legacys
namely, John Cain & Wm.Quayle the Witnesses
of the Will ~ Probatum est
