KK Patrick: 
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Ellinor Bell als Martin als Ratcliffe of
Raby beg in the parish of KK Patrick, who being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory
committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left unto her three children
vizt., Cathrine, Henry, & Nelly a sheep each. Item, she left unto Cathrine as much yar as would
make a blanket. Item, she left a young heifer unto her son Henry and daughter Ellinor equally betwixt
them. Item, she left unto her son & heir Thomas a bowl of barley and a bowl of oats towards sowing
the farm. She left unto the witnesses of the will six pence legacy each. Lastly, she nominated
constituted and appointed her son in law John Corris whole Executor of all the rest of her goods
moveable and immoveable and he to pay all her just debts and legacies. This she declared before us
this 14th April 1749. Witnesses: William Cowley, Silvester Mcylchreest. 

At a Chapter Court at Balnyhown, May 27th, 1749: 
The Executor is sworn in Court in form of Law
and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies vizt., Silvester Mcylchreest & William
Cowley the witnesses of the will.
