    In the name of God Amen  I John Quine of
    Ramsey in the parish of KK Maughall being at the
    present time weak and Feeble in body but of
    good and perfect mind and Memory praised be god
    therefore Do make this my last Will and Testamt
    in manner & form following _
[Imp] I Bequeath to my three Children Wm. Quine John
    Quine and Cathrine Quine half of the Cow in KK And
    with one sheep and a lamb a piece to Each together with
    my Cloathes & linen as Legacie
                                now
It  I Bequeath to the Child thats^on my wife [bearing]
                            in 
    Twenty shillings that his^Ewan Callow Ballateson
    hands in case the sd. Child dies the said Twenty
    shillings is to fall to my Loving Wife as Legacie
It  I Bequeath to my Dear Brother Patrick Quine 
    a Jacked & a weaft Coath as Legacie
It  I Bequeath to my Loveing wife the Cow that she 
    hath in her keeping as Legacie

It  I Beque^th to all Cravers that Craves in my will
    Six a piece as Legacie _
Lastly I Constitute and a Appoint my Loving wife Ann
    Quine als Kneale whole and Sole Executer of all
    the rest of my Goods and Chattells of what kind or
    Nature Soever

                          and
    The Widow sworn [Exrtx]^the three Uncles on the
    ffathers side are sworn Overseers _ The Children
             & all
    vizt. Four,^Under Age _ the youngest a posthume
    and on the breast - the Uncles agree for three --
    Years with the Widow to give her fourteen shillings
    P annum and she to Maintain the Children till
    then – She has all the Goods in her own hands
    and given pledges Wm. Cashin & Wm. Corkill

Lezayre 4th July 1763 __ This day Anne Quine als Kneale Widow
and Extrx. of the within named Testator John Quine came to the Registry
and acknowledged that she hath received at & from the hands of Isabel
Callow the Widow of Ewan Callow late of Ballatersin in the parish of
                   (ink blob) Deceased
KK Maughold ^ the full & just sum of Twenty Shillings which was left
and bequeathed by the sd. Testator John Quine to his child which was
on his said Wife Ann Quine’s Bearing at the time of his Death as
also the further sum of four shillings & six pence being due for
Interest in arrears till this time, She the sd. Anne having recd. all
the Intrerest that was due before till the paymt. of this sd. present
Interest now received by her _ and whereas the sd. Anne Quine
                                                           lately
alledges that (ink blob) her sd. Posthume named Jane Quine is^arrived at
the age of fourteen Years but is not yet capable of managing her
own affairs her sd. Mother Anne Quine hath in behalf of her sd. Daughter
received the sd. Legacy of Twenty Shillings with the sd. Interest of 
four Shillings & six pence now due & doth hereby release aquit
and discharge the sd. Isabel Callow the Widow of the sd. Ewan Callow
her Execrs. Admrs. & Assigns thereof forever __

    Lezayre^30th 1763 _  This day Wm. Quine, John Quine and 
    Cathrine Quine , Sons & Daughter of John Quine late of the 
    Town of Ramsey Decd. came to the Registry & acknowledged
    that they have Each & Every of them received at & from the 
    hands of their loving mother Anne Quine als Kneale the [Extx]
    the price of the Cow which was left them as a legacy between
    them by the last Will & Testament of their sd. Decd. Father
    being the sum of twenty shillings, as also that they have
    received from their sd. mother the Sheep & Lamb apiece, and 
    likewise their father’s Clothes and Linnen which was left as
    Legacy unto them by their sd. father & do hereby discharge
    (and) aquit & release their said mother Anne Quine her
    Exrs. Admrs. & Assigns of the said Legacies & of every part

Lezayre 30th July 1763 __  This day Anne Quine als Kneale
the Widow & Execx. of John Quine late of Ramsey Decd. came
to the Registry & acknowledged that she hath recd. At & from
                                       Brothers
the hands of Thomas Quine & Patrick Quine^(ink blob) of her
sd. late Husband John Quine the sum of fourteen shillings from
Each & every of them for & in full of their part of the agreemt.
which was made between the sd. Anne Quine & the sd. Thomas &
Patrick Quine on the 30th of May 1749 for & concerning their
part of the
^ Maintenance of the sd. John Quines’s Children, and as is more
fully expressed in the Probat of sd. John Quine’s last Will &
Testamt. hereunto annexed, and she the sd. Anne Quine the sd.
Widow & Execx. doth hereby release aquit & discharge the sd.
Thomas & Patrick Quine their Exrs. Admrs. & Assigns of their
part of the money which was due unto her on acct. of the sd.
