 Kirk German 1751 
The last will and testament of Ellinor Killey als Kaighin of the parish of
KK German who departed this life about the 12th of Oct anno domo 1750 and
being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof - FIRST:  She
committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial.
ITEM - She left to her four children(Christian, Henry, John, and Margaret)
(Ellinor, Catherine, Wm/Hugh, were dead) three pounds legacy equally belong
into them.
ITEM - She left her half or moriety of the purchased lands to whomsoever of
her children should be heir, he paying to the rest of the children th sum of
twenty shillings.
ITEM - She left her shaped apparell linen and woolen to her daughters
excepting her riding hood.
ITEM - She left to her eldest son Henry Killey a sheep and a lamb.
ITEM - She left six legacy to all claimers and lastly she nominated
appointed her loving husband Henry Killey sole executor of all the rest of
her goods movable and immovable whatsoever. Witnesses: John Cowley and Tho
Garrett.

!At a Chapter Court at Ballavagher May 15, 1751 The Henry Killey the
executor is sworn in court in form of law and consents to give to whoever of
his children shall be heir of his estates the said half of the crop and
husbandry gears and said estate to be possessed by said heir at the decease
of the said Henry.
And does hereby also settle and give to his said heir his part of the
purchased lands to be possessed by him after the decease of him the said
Henry Killey chargeable with the sum of one pound fifteen shillings payable
to the rest of the children.  He has given pledges for payments of debts and
legacies namely the witnesses of the will.

!6 July 1789 Hen:Killey executor of the last will and testament of and
within testors Ellinor Killey having dyed intestate his four children Henry
John Christian and Margaret were decreed his administors and said Henry and
Christian being at lawful age have this day received from their Stepmother
Cath:Killey the sum of 7"6d each being their part of the within mentioned
legacy of 3 pounds payable by said Cath: the widow and they weverally acquit
and discharge her of the same witnesses their names and marks Henry Killey's
mark X Christian Killey's mark X
This before me Ja: Wilks Registrar.
John and Margaret two of the children above mentioned being under age -
Cath:Killey the widow above said has now paid their part or portion of the
within mentioned 3 pounds  namely 7"6d each payable by said widow unto Henry
Killey the eldest brother, who is to be forth coming for the same untold
John and Margaret and to and end hath given pledges namely Adam McBooy and
John Woods both the KK Michael and said Henry hereby discharges said Cath
the widow of the same witnesses his mark and name Hen: Killey mark X.  This
before me Ja:Wilks Regr
