	KK ANDREAS JUNE 9TH 1752

Charles Radcliffe departed this life about
The 12th of Feb last Intestate the Court
Upon intelligence thereof hath decreed
His three children namely George, Philip
And Samuel Radcliffe joint Admins. Of al
His goods and chattels movable and immovable
Whatsoever. Samuel being under age the 
Other two are sworn to bring to the Registry
A perfect Inventory of the effects of the Dead
As also for payment of Debts according to
Law Samuel with his goods is committed to the 
Tuition of his brother George who together
With Philip are sworn supervisors of 
The minor and have given pledges namely
Wm Kneale of KK Bride and James Radcliffe
Sumner of Andreas. The widow is also
Sworn to render a just acc’t.

Which being divided among the 3 Admins.

January 29 1765. This day Samuel Radcliffe son and one of the Admins.
Of Chas Radclliffe came to the Registry and acknowledged to 
Have rec’d at and from the hands of his brother Geo. Radcliffe
The sum of Twenty pounds one shilling and 73/4 in full of 
The share of goods due unto him by the decease of his 
said Father and also by the decease of his Bro Philip Radcliffe
have except his proposition of the first cost of some purchased
quarterland relative to which the parties have entered into
a separate agreement and hereby acquits and discharges his said
bro Geo. Radcliffe of the same and every part thereof
in Witness whereof he has caused his name to be wrote 
and his mark thereto affixed.

Whereas by a degree of settlement bearing date 13th
Dec 1739 executed by Chas Radcliffe on the one part
And Wm Kneale , John Cleator and Wm Goldsmith overseers
Of the children of Cath Radcliffe on the othe r 
Part it was then conditioned that said Chas Radcliffe
Was to possess and enjoy all the purchased lands belonging
To his said wife until his eldest son should arrive to
Twenty one years of age and for as much as the 
Said Chas  is since deceased before the said son arrived to
The age he was to possess this said  land and that
His brother Philip and Samuel apprehend that they
Have a right  to a part of the profits of said estate
Until their said brother arrives to the age above
Mentioned- and whereas the said George has been
At considerable expense in laboring and saving
The Exec or Admin crop due upon the decease of
His father Chas Radcliffe, they the said brothers
With the advice and approbation of their uncles
Wm Kneale and John Cleator have come to the 
Following agreement that is to say Philip and
Samuel Radcliffe hereby surrender and give up 
Unto their said brother George all the right
They might or could claim to the annul profits
Of said estate until he arrives to twenty one
Years of age. In considerationwhereof Said George
Gives up all demands he could make on acc’t
Of saving or laboring the said crop for performance
Whereof the parties bind themselves under the
Penalty of ten pounds witness their names
