      KK Patrick June 5th 1752

William Killey departed this Life about 
the 7th of April last Intestate & the Court
upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed his
two Children William & Ann
Killey Joint Adninrs of all his Goods &
Chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever
who are thereupon sworn for payment of 
Debt according to Law & have given pledges
namely Capt Wm Cosnahan & Robt Corkan
The Adminrs are also sworn to be just to
one another in the Division of the Goods 
and have promised to give the widow a 
Legacy              Decretum est
