Thomas son of Tho. Kerruish having certain Goods due to 
him by the Decease of his father as appears by his decree 
of Administration in Lib. i mo 1738 departed this life in 
his minority about ten years ago. The Court having 
intelligence thereof hath decreed the next of kindred 
namely Mary Joughin sole administrator of all his Goods 
and Chattels moveable and immoveable whatsoever, who 
being underage her Grandmother Jane Kerruish & Great Aunt 
Cath. Cowle are sworn supervisors as also for payment of 
debts according to law.

Mem.dum the inventory of sd Thos & of Mary his mother is 
included in the inventory of orphans Grandfather Thos.
